Has my order been sent?

As soon as we have sent your order we automatically send you an email to let you know, alternatively, you can view the status of your order by logging in to your account. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time you should click here to contact our customer service team who can track down your order. Please have your order number on hand; this will help us deal with your query as efficiently as possible.

Can I track my order?

If you have requested that your order be sent using our courier service then it will be assigned a consignment tracking number. This tracking number can be found by logging in to your account and looking at the relevant order details. Using this tracking number it is possible to see the status of your order’s delivery schedule.

Part of my order is missing

If an item has been marked as shipped either on your delivery note or on your account and the item is not in your delivery please click here and contact our customer service team who will investigate further. Please have your order number to hand; this will help us deal with your query as efficiently as possible.
