The boards are available in four different color-coded strengths, and each color can be interchanged to allow for a gradual step up to the next strength level.

The Yellow “New Starter” Board is perfect for inspiring confidence in children and helping them learn what it feels like to hit a solid object. The Red “Advanced” Board is recommended for adults who find the Intermediate Swiftlock Smash Board easy and would like to progress to something more challenging. Each Swiftlock Smash Board features indents for fingers at the front and a rubber grip at the back, with rounded edges for a comfortable and secure hold. The boards are easy to wipe clean before and after use and measure 24cm x 29cm and are 2cm thick.
